1. Make an inquiry:

Begin by filling out our Request form. The more details you provide, the better we can tailor our offer to your needs, ensuring you get the best-suited accommodations

2. offer:

Once we’ve received your inquiry, we’ll create a personalized offer for you. Explore the various rooms and flats we suggest, and feel free to add any specific requests or adjustments to ensure everything aligns perfectly.

3. confirmation:

When you’ve found the ideal option, send the offer back to us with your signature and company stamp, confirming your booking. This step ensures that your choice is reserved for you.

4. invoice:

Shortly after confirming, you’ll receive an invoice including VAT. Payments can be conveniently made via bank transfer before your scheduled arrival. For companies with ‘Trust-Status’, the payment can be made after arrival.

5. check-In:

After receiving the invoice, let us know your approximate arrival time. kindly inform us at least 60 minutes prior to your arrival To ensure a seamless check-in experience.
